Being a small business owner, I’m always interested in my customers’ feedback.
Starting out with a couple of pieces of riveted metal and an offcut of pine, our original turning peel has come along way.
Now on the third iteration, the latest peel is lighter, stronger and made to a much higher tolerance than our first evolution.

The new peel heads are much thinner and lighter than before, made from a high grade stainless steel, with a consistent brushed finish. We’ve also extended the tang, making it easier to get right underneath your pizza.

The handles are now made of birch, a sustainable, stable, and food safe hardwood. The ends are shaped and rounded, with a taper allowing the handle to sit flush with the floor of the oven. We’ve also refined our manufacturing process, giving a cleaner tighter finish, with no slack or room for debris to get caught.

Our fixings are now a custom length, meaning no protruding bolts, allowing you to get closer to the stone. They’re also now an aerospace grade stainless steel, ensuring they will outlast anything you can throw at them.

But we’re not stopping there. As we continue to use and test our products, we will refine and tune every part of the design.
