A 20cm diameter stainless steel head fitted to our handmade 60cm birch hardwood handle, with aerospace grade stainless fixings. Perfectly sized for use in your pizza oven, at home or for your small business. Ideal for owners of Ooni, Gozney, Skillcraft and similar ovens. This size is especially good for larger ovens, but can also be used in smaller 12″ ovens.
