Yes!

Our steel is laser cut in Yorkshire, and our handles are all handmade in our workshop (garage) in Coventry. We then assemble everything and give it a final sand and polish. Every item is quality checked and packed with care for shipping to you.

Shipping is free to all UK Mainland addresses.

There may be a small charge for a highlands and islands service. European and International postage is also available and is calculated at checkout.
Small items like our DIY turning peels are cheap to post internationally, but larger items can cost considerably more. If you are looking to buy more than one item, send us a message as we can often offer reduced postage on combined parcels.

Import taxes and charges may apply for international deliveries, including the EU from the 1st January 2021.

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of ordering. This allows us to pack and quality check every item.
We aim to restock and ship any pre-order items within 3-4 weeks, but this can vary. Any change to this timescale will be advised on the pre-order items page.

Shipping usually takes 3-4 days for UK addresses, but can take longer for international deliveries.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your order completion notification, or there is an issue with your item when it arrives, please get in touch via our contact page.

Unless otherwise stated, all of our products are made from birch and stainless steel.

Birch is a lightweight and strong hardwood, which is stable and food safe. As a natural material, sometimes there are variations in the wood, such as colour, texture and other imperfections, but we try to pick only the best pieces for our products.

Our stainless steel is super strong and durable. Its easy to clean, and withstands much higher temperatures than aluminium. We are confident that this material will last and ensure you can keep making pizzas with it for years to come.

When your order first arrives, its important to clean all metal parts to remove any dirt or oils from the manufacturing process.
Washing in hot soapy water should be sufficient.

You may also wish to oil any wooden parts to keep them looking their best. Any light oil should work, even olive oil, but we recommend danish oil for a hardwearing finish. Over time any wooden parts may change texture or colour. This is a natural part of the ageing process and should not affect the product’s performance. If you like you can sand and/or oil the wood to return its original finish. To protect the wood, you should not soak it in water, or leave it outside in the rain.

Through use, and with the heat of the oven, you may find that the bolts on the handle may become loose, or the peel head may move. If this is the case, the bolts can be easily tightened with an allen key and spanner.

By partnering with a small local business, we are now able to offer personalised handles on all of our products. Using pyrography, we can add text or small logos to your design.

We also offer a full bespoke design service. This can range from custom engraving, to full peel designs to your specifications.

Wholesale pricing is available on orders of 5 or more items, with discount dependent on order quantity.

We can also offer products customised to your design, including branding, and custom size or shape items. This level of customisation is not normally available on orders of less than 5 units per product. For examples of our previous work, please get in touch via our contact page.
