A 15cm stainless steel head fitted to our handmade 60cm birch hardwood handle, with aerospace grade stainless fixings. This small size was specifically designed for easy use in small ovens such as the Ooni Karu and Gozney Roccbox, but is just as at home in a larger oven. We also sell a larger 20cm turning peel max for easier turning, especially in larger ovens.
Delivered ready to use or as a DIY kit. This item is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
Please note the handles are handmade from natural materials and therefore some variation in finish can be expected. Custom length handles can be requested in your order comments.
